Local hospitality company seeking HR administrative assistant. Position requires highly organized individual who can work independently and has excellent communication skills. Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree desired. Three to five yrs experience in HR required. Duties include posting vacant positions, receive incoming applications, schedule interviews, substantiate applicant's skills and background, create and maintain employee files, new hire package and uniforms, process paperwork for promotions/terminations, benefits admin.
