Overview and ResponsibilitiesLooking for an independent, confident administrative professional who is seeking a challenging position in the Frederick, MD area. Applicants must be comfortable working with numbers, conducting research and musthave accurate reporting skills. Being in a corporate office environment, the ideal candidate will have the ability to meetstrict deadlines according to the needs of the company and must be able to work cooperatively with others.On a daily basis, this candidate will be responsible for running and generating financial reports for higher level management, prepare invoices for payment, order supplies for field projects, tracking and paying taxes along with various other administrative functions.Position RequirementsAt least 2-3 years experience in a professional administrative role with accounting functions.Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields (or a related field) is required: Finance, Accounting orBusiness Management.Must have excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially proficiency inExcel.Must be diligent and able to handle multiple responsibilities at once in a fast paced environment.We are an equal opportunity employer.
