Automotive F&I Manager in Frederick, Maryland For Sale
The Frederick Motor Company is a franchised Ford and Subaru dealership in Frederick, MD. We are searching for a qualified Finance and Insurance Manager to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brands. The job’s main role is to perform F&I duties, however, it will also require the skills to back up the sales manager on occasion.
The Frederick Motor Company has been a family owned business since xxxx and is currently run on a day to day basis by the 3rd generation. The Finance Department consists of 3 Finance Managers and is averaging about 200 New/Used vehicles per month. We offer a stable and friendly work environment for the right person.
Responsibilities
Manage and generate income by being part of a team of 3 finance managers.
Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealerships best interests by following strict compliance policies.
Back up the Sales Manager when needed.
Development/Training
Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI).
Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
Track personal finance numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum two years of F & I experience with a proven track record
Well organized and up to date on compliance
Ford experience helpful
Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
A current valid driver’s license is required with a good history
The applicant will also have to pass a background screening
