Also, we are only looking for commercial supers, not ones with a strong residential background, What you need for this position: -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related area. - 5 years progressively responsible construction management experience at the Assistant Superintendent or above level including, at least, ongoing management of projects $2 to $10 million range. - Extensive experience with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing What you'll be doing: - Directly responsible for setup and management of the daily activities of an assigned project resulting in an on-time, profitable completion that is of award winning caliber. - Primary responsibility for safety on the project.
