They are a full-service drywall contractor, specializing in services including: Interior and structural metal stud framing, Drywall systems, Thermal and acoustical insulation, Rough carpentry, Door installation, and Acoustical ceiling systems. Aerotek's client is looking for a fully - qualified Estimator to join their team to assist with running a handful of projects at any given time. They must have the following qualifications:*be familiar with construction documentation (change orders, RFIs, progress reports, submittals, etc.) *Purchasing for their projects in addition to managing the documentation, budget, and schedule oftheir projects*Preferred: someone who comes from a drywall background*Bachelor's degree in construction or at least a technical degree. *Any certifications in software, construction skills, OSHA safety, etc would be a bonus but none are required.*Must be computer literate and familiar with estimating programs (preferred are On-Screen and Timberline).*They also fabricate and install their own sheet metal (for sheathing for the exterior systems notfor duct work).
