Position Description:
Our client provides high quality, economical health care to beneficiaries in wartime and in peacetime. Highly trained personnel provide critical mission support aboard ship, in the air and on the battlefield. Military and civilian health care professionals also provide care for uniformed services family members and retirees at military treatment facilities around the globe.
Deloitte provides a wide range of services to client such as; program management, audit readiness, Standard Operating Procedures sustainment, and logistics support. We are seeking a resource to support our team. Specifically, we are seeking logistics management support to the Property Management Office (PMO). Our team supports client in providing financial and business operations support to include the management of equipment programs that have organization-wide medical applications. More specifically, Deloitte is assisting client in evaluating several key logistics activities such as: the annual personal property inventory process, personal property records documentation, and the fiscal year equipment procurement reporting.
The resource will provide process improvement, strategic planning, performance management, and policy development support.
Required Skills:
Ability to work independently, and also work well with others and develop/share knowledge
Ability to gather and summarize information into executive level briefings
Strong ability to meet tight client deadlines
Strong knowledge MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Process improvement experience
Knowledge of developing corrective action plans
Highly organized, able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
Is detail-oriented, results-oriented, and adapts quickly to client requests
Self-starter able to quickly grasp new tasks and see through to completion
Excellent client interaction skills
Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills:.
Experience in Military Health System or DoD
Knowledge of medical logistics, specifically management of personal property
Interest in health care operations and policy
