Property Manager Tax Credit experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in multifamily property management Proficiency in property-level accounting with demonstrated success at working within a budgetary framework Self-motivated and effective team leadership History of maintaining high occupancy, low turnover, and low delinquency Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management Skills: Well-organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in Yardi software is a plus Compensation: $60K - $65K with necessary skills and experience.
