Job Description
First Freedom Preservation is growing and currently recruiting reliable property preservation contractors. Contractors are required to have their own vehicles, equipment & supplies needed to complete all jobs. General equipment & supplies include but are not limited to: compressor, generator, cleaning supplies, locks, various tools, pumps and trailer. All work completed is to be photo documented using our mobile photo app and submitted back to us via our web site. Smart phones with internet service and quality camera capabilities are required, as are computer, scanner and printer.
General work description:
- Lock changes
- Clean outs/ debris removal
- Sales clean
- Landscaping maintenance
- Winterizations
- Snow removal
- Discoloration remediation
- Basement pump outs
- Roof tarping and small repairs
- Drywall repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical repairs- replacing outlets, capping wires.
Experience in the property preservation field or knowledge of REO & PP property requirements are preferred. Training is provided to both experienced vendors and vendors new to the industry. References and a background check will be performed upon hiring. Workers Comp & General Liability Insurance are required. All vendors are paid twice monthly via direct deposit.
