Job Description:
This team member is responsible for providing support to one of Fredericks leading Real Estate Teams Jim Bass Group. This position shall manage an average of 10 short sales, 10 REOs and 10 traditional real estate purchases at any given time. Active Real Estate Agents are encouraged , this position can be structured as full:time or part:time.
Responsibilities:
- Database Interaction with Asset Managers
- Invoice submission and reconciliation (only a few accounts) - Completion and Data Entry of BPOs and Showing Reports
- Calendar Management with effective prioritization, resolving scheduling conflicts as necessary
- Database Management
- Professional interaction with Team Members, Real Estate Agents, Clients, Customers and Vendors
- Telephone Conversations to current, past and prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent computer skills including MRIS, Zipforms, Docusign and Outlook (BPO knowledge)
- Must be professional, polite, well:spoken and courteous; must demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must have effective problem solving skills, be proactive and solution:orientated
- Technological savvy with web:based, commercially available and other ad hoc systems, databases, etc.
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Marketing Experience with Publisher, Adobe CS products and/or InDesign (preferred, but not required)
Education:
High School diploma required, college degree, coursework and or Maryland Real Estate License preferred
