I am a professional male, work full-time in healthcare and fitness and part time at the Home Depot soon. I also am a student studying for a Physicians Assistant program. I am looking for someone that is fun to have around and shares some of the same interest, such as watching sports, fitness, having the occasional cookout and small party. Both professionals and or college students welcome, local to college, grocery stores, restaurants, mall, and other local draws. My house is a 3 bedroom split level home, with a .17 acre lot that backs up to a common use field area located on a cauldesac. Yard is fenced in and has a small wooden patio on the rear, as well as a decent hill to run up for you fitness nuts like me. Cathedral ceiling living room and eat in kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen as well as new washer and dryer in the lower level.. please provide your own laundry needs tho. All rooms have ceiling fans, and TV hook ups... The common areas would be the laundry room, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is room in the driveway for 2 cars end to end, plan on widening it this spring for side by side parking, but also room on cauldesac to park.
