Large clean room available in end unit townhouse to share with other clean professional male. I work Monday through Friday 8-4 and I am never home on the weekends. I either travel or am taking care of my dad in Va. The room has plenty of natural lighting, large closets and its a spacious room. Shared bath but you'd never know I even use it that's how clean I keep it. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry and yard. When I am home I'm either working in my office which is currently the bedroom available that I am moving to the basement room, or I'm out in the yard. I'm very easy to get along with. I am a 35 y/o male. There is one assigned spot available for you as well. The home is located conviniently to downtown Frederick, across the street from Ft Detrick, down the block from the community college and a few miles away from Hood college. Shopping close by as well. You should be a working professional, male or female doesn't matter and be clean/neat. You will probably make more use of the house than I do especially in season when I am home less and less.
