Transport America s student tuition reimbursement program takes our student hires to the next level of success! Our student pay is in the top 10% for students and reimbursement is double the industry average... it s just another way Transport America is working to start off your career with the best driving experience in the industry!
Highlights of the program include:
Any school graduate, from any school, with a class A CDL will be eligible for the program provided they meet all other hiring criteria.
Pay starts 2 cents less than pay level one for all hires participating in this program. For example, if you qualify to start at 34 CPM without tuition reimbursement, you will start at 32 CPM. At the end of the first year, you will get the 2 cents back and the 1 cent raise for performance.
This applies to solo and team divisions only. (Students in other divisions will still start 2 cents higher, but are not eligible for this program.)
Students will receive $300 a month on the first check of each month for tuition reimbursement for the first year.
Hires need to provide school documentation of their tuition cost.
Students are not required to participate in the program. If you would like to join us without tuition reimbursement, you will still start 2 cents higher.
This program keeps us at the top mileage pay scale for tuition programs because we want you to start with the best and help you succeed far down the road!
